MetaBrewSociety Beer-NFTs
The long-term vision
Beer Culture has been around for more than 500 years. MetaBrewSociety is here to lead the decentralized and innovation driven revolution of beer and the brewing industry in the real world, the Web3 and the Metaverse. They are an NFT project and a beer company, all in one.
The MetaBrewSociety NFT grants access to unseen IRL utilities, such as a rich annual (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) beer allowance, voting rights on key business decisions, attractive discounts and exclusive access to iconic festivals and events.
The MetaBrewSociety beer business is leading — besides high quality traditional beers — with beer innovation such as gluten free, low calorie, high protein, sleep or mood enhancing and other functional brews, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which they will brew under their own brand but also white lable for our partner´s brands.
A fully transparent roadmap
- With up to $3M funding raised (on a convertible note), they are acquiring and modernizing a running brewery in Bavaria pre-mint.
- To build the community and to show that they can deliver they are shipping beer already pre-mint.
- Post-mint, they will immediately establish an NFT holder DAO for product / marketing-related key business decisions.
- The mint price covers the free beer utility for the first three years. If they succeed to build a successful beer business within those three years, they will continue to ship the free beer to their NFT holders forever.
- They will establish a Brewers club to help other Web3 brands (and everyone else who is interested) to launch their own beer brands with thr help of MetaBrewSociety (see next page).
- They will launch a taproom/shop franchise business (#1 located in Benidorm, Spain, being live by the time of the mint) to spread the brand internationally.
Minting procedure
They will mint in 3 phases:
Phase 1: Everyone who has received the Whitelist Role in the MBS Discord will be on Whitelist 1 and will be be able to mint up to 3 NFTs during this first phase.
•Mint Price: $950 (in ETH)
•Mint Date: September 22nd, 2022 (tentative).
•Duration: 24 hours.
Phase 2: Everyone who has ordered beer from the metabrewsociety.com, but has not joined the MBS Discord to receive the Whitelist Role will be on Whitelist 2. Whitelist 2 members will be able to mint up to 2 NFTs during this phase.
•Mint Price: $1,000 (in ETH)
•Mint Date: September 23rd, 2022 (tentative).
•Duration: 24 hours.
Phase 3: Public mint. During this phase, also Whitelist 1 and Whitelist 2 members are able to mint additional NFTs, up to 6 in total per wallet.
•Mint Price: $1,050 (in ETH)
•Mint Date: September 24nd, 2022 (tentative).
•Duration: 48 hours.
During all phases, minting is possible per ETH (wallet) and per Credit Card.
